There have been a bunch of rumors of a massive Rolling Stones 50th anniversary tour this year, but as of right now, there hasn't been anything confirmed. However, there might be something brewing, if a recent lawsuit is to be believed: former Live Nation chairman Michael Cohl is in the middle of a suit with his former company, fighting over the an alleged breach of contract in 2008. Just this week, Cohl countersued, alleging that Live Naiton is preventing him from acquiring the rights to promote a Rolling Stones tour later this year. Cohl worked with the Stones since 1989, and he claims Live Nation and him and the Stones were in talks to promote the tour, when Live Nation started undercutting him. So take from that what you will. Stones tour in 2011? Maybe.
