Stones Fest in New York City to feature Norah Jones and other artists

Norah Jones, Butch Walker and the Black Keys drummer Patrick Carney are among the artists announced to perform Stones Fest, a Rolling Stones tribute event for charity that will take place May 22 and May 23 at the Bowery Ballroom in New York City. The event's proceeds will benefit Sweet Relief and the Sweet Relief Musicians Fund.
Other announced performers include Jason Isbell, Delta Spirit, Cory Chisel & Adriel Denae, Johnny T, Adam Green, Jesse Malin, Ruby Amanfu, Petter of Alberta Cross, Nicole Atkins, Justin Long, Jack Dishel of Only Son, Seth Herzog, Sammy James Jr. of the Mooney Suzuki, Danny Clinch & the Tangiers Blues Band, Steve Schiltz of Hurricane Bells, Har Mar Superstar, Josh Lattanzi of the Candles, the Uptown Horns and Jamie Burke & Mikki James.
The Rolling Stones will not be at the event since they will be on a North American tour.
Stones Fest tickets (which are $25 each) can be purchased as of April 26, 2013, at 12 p.m. EDT, at the Bowery Ballroom box office or Ticketmaster. Admission is open to people ages 21 and over.
