The Rolling Stones' "Crossfire Hurricane."

The Rolling Stones documentary “Crossfire Hurricane” is to be released on DVD and Blu-ray in the U.S. on May 21, Eagle Rock Entertainment announced Tuesday. It's already available in the UK.
The latest documentary to chronicle the career of the Stones, it includes newly revealed historical footage, plus commentaries from Mick Jagger, Keith Richards, Ron Wood, Charlie Watts, and ex-Stones Bill Wyman and Mick Taylor. The film premiered at the London Film Festival in October.
Directed by Brett Morgen, “Crossfire Hurricane” looks back at their legacy beginning with their early days at the Marquee Club, with stops at Hyde Park, Altamont and “Exile on Main Street,” plus footage of club gigs and stadium extravaganzas.
Bonus features on the DVD and Blu-Ray will include previously unreleased concert footage from 1965 shot in Germany, the Stones playing the NME Poll Winners concert in 1964 and 1965, an appearance on “The Arthur Haynes Show” from 1964, an interview with director Brett Morgen and the theatrical trailer.
“A chemical reaction seems to have happened,” Mick Jagger says in talking about the successful career of the Stones. “You can't really stop the Rolling Stones, you know when that sort of avalanche is facing you, you just get out of the way,” adds Keith Richards.
