Prices have soared since Monday when the band announced two gigs at London's O2 Arena next month.American Express cardholders were able to immediately buy tickets with face values up to £406, but they were soon appearing on re-selling sites.
Seatwave.com had two seats for £13,044. Tickets originally priced at £106 were going for £336.30.
Before re-selling began, the high ticket prices were criticised. But touring company Virgin Live said the gigs were "very special". Most tickets go on sale on Friday.
