Rolling Stones: a list of releases related to their 50th anniversary
In June 2012, the Rolling Stones unveiled a new logo to commemorate the band's 50th anniversary. The Rolling Stones 50th anniversary logo (which accompanies this article) was designed by Shepard Fairey, and it is a variation of the original Rolling Stones "tongue and lips" logo that was designed by John Pasche in 1971. Fairey also designed the album cover for the 2011 self-titled debut album from SuperHeavy, the band that consists of Rolling Stones lead singer Mick Jagger, Eurythmics co-founder Dave Stewart, Joss Stone, Damian Marley and "Slumdog Millionaire" composer A.R. Rahman
Here is a list of releases related to the Rolling Stones' 50th anniversary. Those that have an asterisk have been officially authorized/endorsed by the Rolling Stones. Most of the books are photo books.
