Rolling Stones: new 'Some Girls' T-shirt goes on sale on October 28, 2011

Rolling Stones: new 'Some Girls' T-shirt goes on sale on October 28, 2011

The 2011 remastered reissue of the Rolling Stones 1978 album "Some Girls" means that fans can expect to see some new merchandise related to the reissue. One of them is a new ''Some Girls" T-shirt that features Rolling Stones lead singer Mick Jagger, guitarist Keith Richards, drummer Charlie Watts and guitarist Ronnie Wood. The picture on the T-shirt was taken during publicity photo sessions for "Some Girls."

Former Rolling Stones bass player Bill Wyman, who was in the band from 1962 until he quit the band in the early 1990s, was in the original photo, but he is not pictured on the T-shirt since he is no longer in the band. Fans can debate whether or not leaving Wyman out of the T-shirt's photo is a fair decision.

The T-shirt, which is being sold by Bravado, goes on sale on October 28, 2011, at various retailers and at Bravado's website.

As previously reported, "Some Girls" is being reissued with previously unreleased uneleased tracks. The reissue goes on sale worldwide on November 21, 2011, the same day that the Rolling Stones concert film "Some Girls Live in Texas 1978" will be released on DVD and Blu-ray.
