The Rolling Stones announced Monday that Bruce Springsteen, Lady Gaga and the Black Keys will join the band on stage for their final "50 & Counting" concert at the Prudential Center in Newark, N.J. Saturday. The show, called "One More Shot," will be telecast live via pay-per-view at 9 p.m. EST/6 p.m. PST. It will be distributed by WWE (World Wrestling Entertainment).
Mick Jagger posted the news Monday on his Facebook page. "It's going to be amazing working with our three guests, Bruce Springsteen, Lady Gaga and the Black Keys on Sat December 15th, for our "One More Shot" show. I've spoken to all the guests on the phone and they are very excited!"
The Stones, in a statement, said, “We’re excited these extraordinary artists, Bruce Springsteen, Lady Gaga and the Black Keys, have agreed to help celebrate our 50th Anniversary as we share the night live with our fans all over the world. Now the fun begins of trying to figure out the best songs to perform together.”

The pay-per-view will be available worldwide through cable, satellite and other providers, and online via Yahoo!
The most recent show on Dec. 8 at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn was seen by a number of celebrities, including Paul McCartney, Martin Sorsese, Bette Midler, Scarlett Johansson, Jimmy Fallon, Katie Couric, Matt Lauer, Brian Williams, Larry King, Ed Westwick, Anna Wintour and Jim Courier. The Stones' set included the Beatles' "I Wanna Be Your Man," which the Stones themselves covered in the '60s.
Mary J. Blige joined the band on stage for “Gimme Shelter” and Gary Clark Jr. was on hand for “Going Down.”
