The Rolling Stones to play for over two hours at Glastonbury – full festival set timings revealed

The Rolling Stones will play for over two hours during their Glastonbury Festival headline set, it has been confirmed following the release of all of this year's stage times.

The band, who will play Glastonbury for the first time on the Saturday of the festival, will play from 9:30pm to 11:45pm - a total of two hours and 15 minutes. Fellow headliners Arctic Monkeys and Mumford and Sons will both perform for one hour and 30 minutes each on the Friday and Sunday nights respectively.

Going up against The Rolling Stones, Other Stage headliners Chase & Status will perform at 10:30, one hour after The Rolling Stones begin their set. Public Enemy will also start their headline set on the West Holts Stage after The Stones, joining fellow Saturday headliners Hurts and Fuck Buttons on the list of bands handed the daunting task of going up against the iconic band.

Performers on The Pyramid Stage run from 11am to 11:45pm on Friday and Saturday with Mumford & Sons set to end half an hour earlier at 11:15pm on the Sunday. To see the full list of stage times for every stage and each day head to the Glastonbury website now.

This year's Glastonbury festival is to be live streamed for the first time with viewers able to watch different stages as they happen. The BBC will use the latest digital technology to allow viewers to choose from simultaneous live streams from all the major stages and has today (May 30) announced that over 250 hours of footage will be broadcast across the weekend.
