Ronnie Wood performs with Red Hot Chili Peppers, attends opening of Wood exhibit
Rolling Stones guitarist Ronnie Wood had a busy evening in London on November 8, 2011.
First, he jammed with Red Hot Chili Peppers members Flea (on bass), Chad Smith (on drums) and Josh Klinghoffer (on guitar) at an event celebrating Flea and Damien Hirst's new line of Spin Bass Guitar. The event was held at Club Nouveau in Mayfair's The Arts Club. (Red Hot Chili Peppers lead singer Anthony Kiedis was not there.)
After the Spin Bass Guitar part, Wood headed over to the new Mayfair Gallery for a private exhibition of "Ronnie Wood: Faces, Time And Places," which is a retrospective of about 100 pieces of his art work.
As previously reported, the exhibit is open to the public at the Gallery in Cork Street from November 7 to November 12, 2011.
At both events, Wood was accompanied by stylist Nicola Sargent, whom he has been dating since October 2011. His eldest child, Jesse Wood, and Jesse's girlfriend Fearne Cotton were also at the art exhibit.
The Daily Mail reports:
Not much is known about Sargent, but she is believed to have graduated with a 2:1 degree in Business Studies and Industrial Studies from the University of Ulster last year, before moving to London.
A source said: “She can't believe how her life has changed. She only moved from Northern Ireland a few months ago and is hanging out with celebrities and going to the best places in town. She really enjoys Ronnie's company. But she wants to keep things under wraps.”
Fearne, 30, has been dating [Jesse] Wood since July, uniting with him just two months after splitting from fiancé Jesse Jenkins.
