Kid Rock opening for Rolling Stones at Ohio Stadium ...

Kid Rock will open for the Rolling Stones on May 30 in Ohio Stadium.

The inclusion of the Michigan native born Robert Ritchie was announced today.

The 44-year-old All Summer Long singer, who blends rock, country and hip-hop, will appear here in advance of his own forthcoming First Kiss: Cheap Date summer tour — a headline outing that, propelled by $20 tickets, includes a massive 10-night run this August at the 15,000-seat DTE Energy Music Pavilion amphitheatre near Detroit.

It wasn’t noted on a press release whether Kid Rock would provide opening support for the Stones for any other dates on the band’s 15-city Zip Code tour, which kicks off Sunday in San Diego.

Tickets for the Columbus concert cost $39.50 to $395.
