The first pictures have emerged showing a devastated Mick Jagger just moments after he learned of the tragic death of his longtime love L'Wren Scott.
His face etched with grief, the Rolling Stones frontman looked utterly shocked Monday night as he left Coco's restaurant in Perth, Western Australia, where the band is scheduled to begin its first tour Down Under in eight years on Wednesday.
The tragic photos come after MailOnline revealed the 49-year-old fashion designer was $6million in debt to her creditors when she died and was distraught and 'embarrassed' over her failing business.

Earlier Monday, a beaming Jagger, 70, had tweeted a photo of himself enjoying the beach in the coastal city with the caption: 'Great to be back in Australia! Looking forward to the first show in Perth.'
And the Stones had posed in front of their private jet looking thrilled to be back Down Under.
But the excitement was short-lived.
The tragic news was broken to Jagger at the upscale restaurant where he had turned up in a chauffeur-driven black limousine accompanied by another man in his thirties.

Less than an hour later, shortly before 11p.m., another vehicle arrived and a woman rushed inside.
A pale and shaken Jagger emerged almost immediately and was driven away.
Scott's body was discovered in her Manhattan apartment around 10a.m. Monday, which is 10p.m. Monday in Perth.
Soon after leaving the restaurant, Jagger said through a spokesperson that he was 'completely shocked and devastated' after hearing the news and the rep replied 'of course' when asked if the pair were still in a relationship when she took her life.
One report in the New York Post claimed the couple had called it quits, which Jagger's rep slammed as '100% untrue.'

'There is absolutely no basis in fact to this story. It is a horrible and inaccurate piece of gossip during this very tragic time for Mick,' the spokesperson told JustJared.com in a statement.
It's expected the band will cancel the tour on account of the fashion designer's death.

The 22-year-old beauty, whose mother is Jerry Hall, was very close with Scott and regular sported her designs and sat front row at her shows.
Scott was found by her assistant early Monday after hanging herself at home. There was no immediate suspicion of foul play though the Medical Examiner has not yet released the formal report.
Police said she had left no note - but she had sent a text to her assistant to 'come by.'
It has since been revealed that the former model was in serious debt and was distraught and 'embarrassed' over her failing business.
A New York City Police Department said Monday: 'A 49-year-old female was found this morning at 10.05am at 200 11th Avenue. She was unconscious.

'She was pronounced dead on arrival by the emergency medical services. The investigation is ongoing. We are awaiting medical examiners to determine the cause of death.'
The coroner left the building with her body at 2.45p.m. and police were also seen taking her computer out of the building, likely for further investigation.
Family spokesman Pierre Rugier confirmed the 'tragic death' without giving any further details about her motivations.
'At this devastating time for Ms Scott's family and friends we request that their privacy be respected,' he said in a statement.
The New York Post reports that close friends- including actress Ellen Barkin- went to spend time with her body in her apartment before the medical examiner took it away for examination in the early afternoon.
One said that she had been avoiding their calls and acting strangely of late.
'They've known that something was going on, and it’s been going on for at least a week,' a friend told the paper.
Her suicide comes after the striking stylist was forced to cancel her London Fashion Week show at the last minute in January, which she blamed on fabrics that arrived too late for samples to be sewn in time for the event.

At the same time as Scott pulled out of London Fashion Week, she went quiet on the internet, no longer posting pictures on the photo-sharing website Instagram.
MailOnline revealed earlier Monday that the 6ft 3ins tall brunette - who had always refused financial help from Mick Jagger - was hemorrhaging cash and owed nearly $6million to creditors.
The latest accounts for her business, filed in the UK in October 2013, show that the company, LS Fashion LTD, had a deficit of $5,899,548 (4,237,164 Euros), with the designer owing creditors $7.641 million (euros 5,488,125)
However, in recent years, her company's debts had doubled year-on-year - a downward spiral that showed no sign of stopping. In 2009, the debt stood at $2,120,015.67, and by 2010 it had grown to $3,063,160.87
The issues surrounding her company, which was incorporated in July 2006, are the real reason she called off her show, a source said, as she could not even afford to put on the fashion show.
Records show that Scott's apartment was bought for $5.6million in 2010 by a holding company called Scottland Management. A 2012 mortgage for $1.25million was paid off last year.
In October last year, it appeared as though L'Wren was trying to stem the financial chaos after she appointed her adopted brother, Randall Ivan Bambrough – who still lives in her home state of Utah - as a director to her company.

Jagger and The Rolling Stones landed in Perth early Monday local time for the much anticipated Australian tour.
The band posted a photo of themselves standing on the tarmac in front of their private jet, which is emblazoned with the band's trademark tongue logo.
Jagger, Ronnie Wood, Keith Richards and Charlie Watts looked excited to be back Down Under - albeit a little tired after a long journey - as they stepped off the plane.
And Jagger clearly couldn't wait to hit the beach, tweeting the photo of himself on the sand to his Twitter followers. Jagger and the Mormon-raised designer had been dating since 2001.
She first broke into the fashion industry as a stylist before launching an eponymous line in 2006 that was a major hit with celebrities.
Fans including Oprah Winfrey, Nicole Kidman and Michelle Obama. She had even been tipped to design Angelina Jolie's wedding dress.
The Stones are in the country for their 14 On Fire six-show stadium tour of Australia, which they announced on December 4 last year.
