On June 28, 2014, the
Rolling Stones performed "It's All Over Now" in tribute to the late
Bobby Womack at the Stones' concert in Werchter, Belgium, at the TW Classic Festival, according to the
Rolling Stones' official website. The concert was part of the Rolling Stones' "
14 on Fire"
tour. Bobby and Shirley Womack co-wrote "It's All Over Now," which
became the Rolling Stones' first No. 1 hit in the U.K. in 1964. Bobby
Womack (who died at the age of 70 on June 27, 2014) was particularly
friendly for decades with Rolling Stones guitarists Ronnie Wood and
Keith Richards. Womack collaborated with Wood, on Wood's 1975 solo album "Now Look."
